FEATURE:
1. Extruding unit can be moves forward and backward, cooperated with embossing unit fluctuate, which will be more convenient for changing roller and clean the T-DIE and increase the operational satety.
2. Screw is of Italy design which enhances the plasticizing capability, it incorporates with European imported static mixer to ensure melting of resins, homogeneous color and increase the quality of the sheets.
3. T-die is from EDI America, which enables the sheet thickness to be more even.
4. The gear is made in Italy, it has advantages of high efficiency, frictionless and low noise.
5. Temperature control uses SCR system, tolerance of temperature for that is 1. This may precisely control plasticizing processes, sheet thickness, flatness and neatness.
6. Embossing roller of diameter 600 mm and two-loop coiling system incorporates with microcomputer auto temperature system will precisely control temperature of embossing roller and cooling roller so as to make sheet to be flat and neat, keeping the thickness homogeneous.
7.  Auto Rewinder: 
a. The production width can be set freely on the slitting device; 
b. Auto rll over and cutting device increases the convenience on operation and improve the efficiency; 
c.Japan made servo motor and America tension controller enable the precisely adjustment on rewinding speed and rewind tension to ensure the flattening of the winding rolls. The rewinding speed is up to 60m per minute; 
d.Air shaft for rewinding can be changed freely among 3', 6' and 8';
e.The pneumatic clamping device had got patent.
8.Electric contrl system completely uses international standard with quality, renowned parts and components. And it is dwsigned to operate, safely and conveniently.
